This is my favorite time of year when I say goodbye to warm clothes and head out for a hike or to set up tents. We create countless memories at the campsite while breathing in the fresh air.

One crucial aspect of camping is deciding which foods to bring. They must be lightweight, portable, and, most importantly, nourishing. I never miss the chance to try new recipes with my favorite ingredients and find inspiration for new ones.

I’ve discovered these easy camping meal ideas, including foil packet dinners, hearty salads, and vegan recipes. And of course, we can’t forget campfire classics like guacamole and campfire apples with apple pie spice!
