- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk or almond milk
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
- 1/2 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips melted
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
