Method
- Heat 1 can of coconut milk with the chai spice blend for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
- In a bowl, mix the second can of coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and coconut cream until smooth.
- Add the cooled spiced coconut milk and mix well.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
- Scoop and serve!
