Vegan Chai Latte Ice Cream
For those who love the cozy, aromatic flavors of chai tea, this Vegan Chai Latte Ice Cream is a perfect indulgence!
- 2 cans full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon chai spice blend cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, black pepper
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
Heat 1 can of coconut milk with the chai spice blend for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
In a bowl, mix the second can of coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and coconut cream until smooth.
Add the cooled spiced coconut milk and mix well.
Freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
Scoop and serve!
