Stuffed Campfire Bananas with Chocolate & Nuts
These Stuffed Campfire Bananas with Chocolate & Nuts are a fun and indulgent dessert perfect for cooking over the campfire.
- 4 ripe bananas unpeeled
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts, pecans, or almonds
- 1 tbsp brown sugar optional
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Aluminum foil
Slice the bananas lengthwise, making a pocket.
Stuff with chocolate chips, nuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
Cook on the campfire for 5-7 minutes until soft and chocolate is melted.
Unwrap and serve immediately.
