Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix spinach, feta, cream cheese, and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3-inch squares.
  4. Add filling to the center of each square, fold corners over, and seal.
  5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
