Spinach and Feta Puff Pastry Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Sauté garlic and spinach until wilted. Mix with feta, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
  • Add filling to the center of each square and fold edges slightly. Brush with egg wash.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds or parsley.
