Spinach and Feta Puff Pastry Bites

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 cups spinach chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup cream cheese softened
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 egg beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sauté garlic and spinach until wilted. Mix with feta, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
Add filling to the center of each square and fold edges slightly. Brush with egg wash.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
