Method
- Toss shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Lay out tortillas and spread with dressing.
- Add chicken, cheese, lettuce, onion, and tomatoes.
- Roll tightly and brush with olive oil.
- Campfire: Wrap in foil and cook over coals for 5-7 minutes per side.
- Grill: Toast directly over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve & enjoy with extra Buffalo sauce or dressing!
