Method
Preheat grill to medium-high (375-400°F) or oven to 400°F.
Parboil potatoes for 7-8 minutes, then drain.
Assemble packets – Divide shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage among 4 foil sheets.
Season & Toss – Drizzle with butter, oil, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Seal & Cook –
- Grill/Campfire: Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping once.
- Oven: Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Garnish & Serve – Open packets, sprinkle with parsley & lemon wedges.
