Spicy Cajun Shrimp Boil Packets

Take your seafood feast outdoors with these Spicy Cajun Shrimp Boil Packets—a mess-free, flavor-packed meal perfect for grilling, baking, or campfire cooking! 

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 2 ears corn cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 6 oz smoked andouille sausage sliced
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 4 heavy-duty foil sheets

Instructions
 

Preheat grill to medium-high (375-400°F) or oven to 400°F.

    Parboil potatoes for 7-8 minutes, then drain.

      Assemble packets – Divide shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage among 4 foil sheets.

        Season & Toss – Drizzle with butter, oil, lemon juice, and seasonings.

          Seal & Cook –

          • Grill/Campfire: Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping once.
          • Oven: Bake for 15-18 minutes.

          Garnish & Serve – Open packets, sprinkle with parsley & lemon wedges.
