Smoked Sausage & Peppers Foil Packets
These Smoked Sausage & Peppers Foil Packets are an easy, flavorful, and hands-off meal perfect for grilling, camping, or a quick weeknight dinner.
- 4 smoked sausages sliced
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
- Aluminum foil
Slice sausage, peppers, and onion. Prepare 4 pieces of foil.
Place sausage and veggies on foil, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasonings.
Seal the foil packets tightly and cook:
Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway.
Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
Campfire: Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Open packets, garnish with parsley, and serve.
