Smoked Sausage & Peppers Foil Packets

These Smoked Sausage & Peppers Foil Packets are an easy, flavorful, and hands-off meal perfect for grilling, camping, or a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 smoked sausages sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
  • Aluminum foil

Method
 

  1. Slice sausage, peppers, and onion. Prepare 4 pieces of foil.
  2. Place sausage and veggies on foil, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasonings.
  3. Seal the foil packets tightly and cook:
  4. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Campfire: Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Open packets, garnish with parsley, and serve.
