Smoked Paprika Hummus

- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
- Salt
Combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, and salt in a food processor.
Blend until smooth, adding water to adjust consistency as needed.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with olive oil, smoked paprika, parsley, and toasted pine nuts.
Serve with pita, veggies, or crackers.
