Smoked Paprika Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water to adjust consistency as needed.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with olive oil, smoked paprika, parsley, and toasted pine nuts.
  4. Serve with pita, veggies, or crackers.
