Skillet S’mores Dip with Graham Cracker Dippers
This Skillet S’mores Dip with Graham Cracker Dippers is a fun and indulgent twist on the classic campfire treat.
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8-10 graham crackers broken into pieces for dipping
- 1/4 cup heavy cream optional
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small cast-iron skillet.
Melt chocolate chips and butter in the skillet over medium heat. Add vanilla extract and stir.
Top with mini marshmallows and bake for 5-7 minutes, until golden.
