Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an oval baking dish.
- Pour melted butter into the pan and sprinkle with brown sugar. Arrange pineapple rings and cherries.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients separately, then add to wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Pour batter over the pineapple layer. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then flip onto a serving platter.
- (Optional) Drizzle with pastel glaze for an Easter egg design. Enjoy!
