Peanut Butter Pretzel Easter Eggs are the perfect combination of sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy. These no-bake treats feature a rich peanut butter filling, loaded with crunchy pretzel bits, all coated in chocolate and decorated with festive pastel colors. 

Ingredients
  

For the Peanut Butter Pretzel Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Coating:

  • 2 cups chocolate chips milk or dark
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil optional

For Decoration (Optional):

  • 1 cup white chocolate or candy melts
  • Food coloring pastel shades
  • Sprinkles or crushed pretzels

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in crushed pretzels. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Shape the Eggs: Form the chilled mixture into egg shapes and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Melt the Chocolate: Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add coconut oil if desired.
  • Coat the Eggs: Dip the chilled eggs in the melted chocolate, then place back on the parchment-lined sheet. Chill for 20 minutes.
  • Decorate: Melt the white chocolate, color with food coloring, and drizzle over the eggs. Add sprinkles or crushed pretzels.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Let the chocolate set and serve chilled or at room temperature.
