Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats
These Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats are a quick, nutritious, and delicious way to start your day.
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt optional
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 small banana sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Mix oats, milk, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt in a jar or bowl.
Add honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract; stir to combine.
Add half of the banana slices and stir.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with remaining banana slices and enjoy!
