Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats

These Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats are a quick, nutritious, and delicious way to start your day. 

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt optional
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 small banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, milk, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt in a jar or bowl.
  • Add honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract; stir to combine.
  • Add half of the banana slices and stir.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with remaining banana slices and enjoy!
