Patriotic No-Bake Cheesecake Jars

These individual servings feature a creamy cheesecake filling, a crunchy graham cracker crust, and a festive topping of fresh red, white, and blue berries. For the Crust:
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice optional, for extra tang
For the Topping:
- 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- Fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish

Prepare the Crust:
