Method
Melt the Chocolate:
- Microwave white chocolate or candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Color & Swirl:
- Divide chocolate into bowls and add food coloring to create neon pastels.
- Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and swirl together.
Add Toppings:
- Immediately sprinkle mini chocolate eggs, pretzels, marshmallows, sprinkles, and pop rocks over the swirled chocolate.
Set & Break Apart:
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
