- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup sour cream
- Cilantro for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Press wonton wrappers into a mini muffin tin and bake for 6-8 minutes.
Cook ground beef in a skillet; add taco seasoning.
Fill wonton cups with beef mixture, top with cheese, and bake for 3-4 minutes.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro.
Serve immediately with lime wedges.
