Ingredients
  

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Cilantro for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Press wonton wrappers into a mini muffin tin and bake for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet; add taco seasoning.
  3. Fill wonton cups with beef mixture, top with cheese, and bake for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro.
  5. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
