Lemon White Chocolate Truffles
These bite-sized treats are made with just a few simple ingredients, yet they deliver a rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture and a burst of lemony flavor.
- 8 oz white chocolate
- ΒΌ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Powdered sugar
Melt white chocolate, cream, and butter in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and zest; refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
Scoop and roll the mixture into balls.
Coat in powdered sugar and garnish as desired.
Serve or store in an airtight container.
