Lemon White Chocolate Truffles

These bite-sized treats are made with just a few simple ingredients, yet they deliver a rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture and a burst of lemony flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • ΒΌ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Melt white chocolate, cream, and butter in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  • Stir in lemon juice and zest; refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  • Scoop and roll the mixture into balls.
  • Coat in powdered sugar and garnish as desired.
  • Serve or store in an airtight container.
