Lemon Basil Hummus

- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and black pepper
- Water optional
Combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and basil in a food processor.
