Honey Mustard Grilled Pork Chops

- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
