Honey Lime Fruit Salad with Fresh Mint

- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple chopped
- 1 cup watermelon cut into cubes
- 1 orange peeled and segmented
- 1 kiwi sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest optional
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Prepare the fruit by washing, hulling, and chopping as needed.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
Combine all the fruit in a large bowl and pour the dressing over. Toss gently to coat.
