Guacamole and Chips
When it comes to classic party snacks, Guacamole and Chips are always a crowd favorite. This iconic combo is loved for its fresh, zesty flavors and perfect balance of creamy guacamole and crispy tortilla chips.
- 4 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño seeded and minced (optional)
- 2 small tomatoes diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- Tortilla chips for serving
Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl and mash until chunky.
Stir in lime juice, salt, black pepper, onion, jalapeño, tomatoes, and cilantro.
Adjust seasoning as needed.
Garnish with cilantro and diced tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
