Method
- Marinate the chicken in olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side and grill the pineapple for 2-3 minutes per side.
- (Optional) Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lime juice to make a sauce.
- Assemble the sandwiches with sauce, chicken, pineapple, lettuce, and tomato on the buns.
- Serve immediately.
