Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Crostini
These Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Crostini are the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors, with juicy grilled peaches paired with salty prosciutto and creamy ricotta, all piled on a crispy crostini.
- 1 French baguette sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 ripe peaches pitted and cut into wedges
- 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp honey optional
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Olive oil for brushing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Brush baguette slices with olive oil and grill until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
