- Carefully slice each ear of corn into 4 long strips (ribs).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the corn ribs.
- Grill (375-400°F): 8-10 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Oven (400°F): 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Air Fryer (375°F): 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Garnish with parsley and lime juice. Serve hot and enjoy!
