Grilled Cajun Butter Corn Ribs

Craving a fun and flavorful twist on classic corn on the cob? These Grilled Cajun Butter Corn Ribs are smoky, buttery, and packed with bold Cajun spices. When grilled, the corn curls slightly, giving you a rib-like bite that's crispy on the edges and juicy inside. 

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ears of corn quartered lengthwise
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Carefully slice each ear of corn into 4 long strips (ribs).
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over the corn ribs.
  • Grill (375-400°F): 8-10 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  • Oven (400°F): 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Air Fryer (375°F): 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Garnish with parsley and lime juice. Serve hot and enjoy!
