- Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin. Blend until smooth.
- Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to adjust consistency if needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with paprika and fresh parsley.
- Serve with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or crackers. Enjoy!
