Method
- Cut lobster tails and lift meat from the shell. Place on top of the shell.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon butter over lobster and seal in foil packets.
- Grill at medium-high heat or bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, until lobster is opaque.
- Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
