Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup jelly beans
  • Food coloring optional

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and optional food coloring.
  • Fold in ¾ cup jelly beans; pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle remaining jelly beans on top and refrigerate until set.
  • Slice into squares and serve!
