Crispy Chicken Wontons

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion chopped
- 30 wonton wrappers
- 1 egg beaten
- Oil for frying
- Dipping sauces
Mix ground chicken with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onion.
Spoon filling onto wonton wrappers; seal with egg wash.
Heat oil to 350°F and fry wontons in batches until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauces.
