Creamy Hummus Recipe

- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp water if needed
- Fresh parsley and paprika for garnish
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water to adjust consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning, then blend again.
Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with parsley and paprika.
