Crab and Avocado Salad Lettuce Wraps

These Crab and Avocado Salad Lettuce Wraps are a light, refreshing, and flavorful dish that's perfect for a healthy lunch or appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb cooked crab meat
  • 1 ripe avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 large lettuce leaves butter lettuce, Romaine, or iceberg

Instructions
 

  • Combine crab, avocado, bell pepper, cucumber, and cilantro in a bowl.
  • Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Toss the dressing with the crab mixture.
  • Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
