Crab and Avocado Salad Lettuce Wraps
These Crab and Avocado Salad Lettuce Wraps are a light, refreshing, and flavorful dish that's perfect for a healthy lunch or appetizer.
- 1/2 lb cooked crab meat
- 1 ripe avocado diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
- 1/4 cup cucumber diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 large lettuce leaves butter lettuce, Romaine, or iceberg
Combine crab, avocado, bell pepper, cucumber, and cilantro in a bowl.
Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
Toss the dressing with the crab mixture.
