Corned Beef Sliders

When it comes to appetizers that pack a punch of flavor, Corned Beef Sliders are a must-try. These bite-sized sandwiches are filled with tender corned beef, gooey Swiss cheese, tangy sauerkraut, and creamy Thousand Island dressing, all nestled in soft slider buns.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb corned beef thinly sliced
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese halved
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice slider buns and place bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Layer with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing.
  • Add top buns, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your Corned Beef Sliders!
