Corned Beef Sliders
When it comes to appetizers that pack a punch of flavor, Corned Beef Sliders are a must-try. These bite-sized sandwiches are filled with tender corned beef, gooey Swiss cheese, tangy sauerkraut, and creamy Thousand Island dressing, all nestled in soft slider buns.
- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb corned beef thinly sliced
- 6 slices Swiss cheese halved
- 1 cup sauerkraut drained
- ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice slider buns and place bottom halves on a baking sheet.
Layer with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing.
Add top buns, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
