Charcuterie Cups with Fresh Summer Fruit

These Charcuterie Cups with Fresh Summer Fruit are a fun, individual-serving twist on the classic charcuterie board. 

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz assorted cured meats salami, prosciutto, or ham
  • 4 oz assorted cheeses cheddar, brie, or goat cheese
  • 1 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 1/2 cup melon cubed (cantaloupe or watermelon)
  • 1/2 cup grapes red or green
  • 1/4 cup nuts optional
  • Fresh herbs optional
  • Small cups or jars

Instructions
 

  • Slice the meats and cheeses into small pieces.
  • Layer the bottom of each cup with berries or grapes.
  • Add layers of meats, cheeses, and melon.
  • Top with more fruit and optional nuts.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately or refrigerate.
