Charcuterie Cups with Fresh Summer Fruit
These Charcuterie Cups with Fresh Summer Fruit are a fun, individual-serving twist on the classic charcuterie board.
- 4 oz assorted cured meats salami, prosciutto, or ham
- 4 oz assorted cheeses cheddar, brie, or goat cheese
- 1 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
- 1/2 cup melon cubed (cantaloupe or watermelon)
- 1/2 cup grapes red or green
- 1/4 cup nuts optional
- Fresh herbs optional
- Small cups or jars
Slice the meats and cheeses into small pieces.
Layer the bottom of each cup with berries or grapes.
Add layers of meats, cheeses, and melon.
Top with more fruit and optional nuts.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately or refrigerate.
