Carrot Patch Brownie Skillet

Ingredients
  

For the Brownie Base:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

For the Toppings:

  • 8 chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Vanilla extract
  • Orange and green food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Bake Brownie – Mix ingredients, pour into a skillet, and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
