Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 package fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions
 

  • Thread cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and mozzarella balls onto skewers.
  • In a saucepan, simmer balsamic vinegar and honey until thickened. Let it cool.
  • Arrange skewers and drizzle with balsamic reduction and olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
