Campfire Caprese Stuffed Avocados

- 4 ripe avocados halved and pitted
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Brush avocado halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-5 minutes until charred and warm.
Combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
