These Campfire Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a perfect appetizer or snack for any outdoor gathering. The crispy, golden-brown cauliflower is tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce that brings all the bold flavors of classic buffalo wings without the meat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup water or non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for grilling
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gradually add water or non-dairy milk to form a smooth batter.
  • Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and shake off excess.
  • Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning until golden brown and crispy.
  • Toss the grilled cauliflower in buffalo sauce until coated.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with dipping sauce, if desired.
