Campfire Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
These Campfire Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a perfect appetizer or snack for any outdoor gathering. The crispy, golden-brown cauliflower is tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce that brings all the bold flavors of classic buffalo wings without the meat.
- 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup water or non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil for grilling
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing optional
Combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gradually add water or non-dairy milk to form a smooth batter.
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and shake off excess.
Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning until golden brown and crispy.
Toss the grilled cauliflower in buffalo sauce until coated.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with dipping sauce, if desired.
