Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz white or milk chocolate for coating
  • Pink candy melts for ears and noses
  • Edible candy eyes and decorations

Instructions
 

  • Heat cream and pour over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
  • Chill ganache until firm, about 1-2 hours.
  • Shape into bunny bodies and ears; refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Melt coating chocolate; dip each truffle until fully covered.
  • Decorate with candy eyes, sprinkles, and pink candy melts for details.
  • Let set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
