  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz white or milk chocolate for coating
  • Pink candy melts for ears and noses
  • Edible candy eyes and decorations

Method
 

  1. Heat cream and pour over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
  2. Chill ganache until firm, about 1-2 hours.
  3. Shape into bunny bodies and ears; refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Melt coating chocolate; dip each truffle until fully covered.
  5. Decorate with candy eyes, sprinkles, and pink candy melts for details.
  6. Let set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  7. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
