BBQ Chicken Sliders with Coleslaw
These BBQ Chicken Sliders with Coleslaw are the ultimate comfort food—juicy, tender BBQ chicken piled on soft slider buns and topped with a crunchy, creamy coleslaw.
For the BBQ Chicken:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Coleslaw:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
