These Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus Skewers are a perfect blend of savory, smoky bacon and tender, fresh asparagus.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus 12-15 spears
  • 6-8 slices of bacon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder or smoked paprika
  • Skewers wooden or metal

Instructions
 

  • Trim the asparagus and cut if needed. Wrap 2-3 spears with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick or skewer.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  • Grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the bacon is crispy.
  • Serve immediately with dipping sauce, if desired.
