Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus Skewers
These Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus Skewers are a perfect blend of savory, smoky bacon and tender, fresh asparagus.
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus 12-15 spears
- 6-8 slices of bacon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder or smoked paprika
- Skewers wooden or metal
Trim the asparagus and cut if needed. Wrap 2-3 spears with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick or skewer.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the bacon is crispy.
Serve immediately with dipping sauce, if desired.
