Avocado Hummus
If you're a fan of both avocados and hummus, why not combine them for the ultimate dip? Avocado Hummus brings together the creamy, nutty flavor of classic hummus with the buttery richness of avocado.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- Salt
Scoop out the avocado flesh and add it to a food processor.
Blend avocado, chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt until smooth.
Add water to adjust consistency if needed.
Garnish with olive oil, cilantro, chili flakes, or sesame seeds.
Serve with chips, veggies, or bread.
