Whipped Feta with Roasted Red Peppers
This Whipped Feta with Roasted Red Peppers is a creamy, tangy, and flavorful spread or dip that’s perfect for serving with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
- 8 oz block of feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil plus extra for drizzling
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Blend feta, roasted red peppers, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and oregano in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper. Add more olive oil for desired consistency.
