This Whipped Feta with Roasted Red Peppers is a creamy, tangy, and flavorful spread or dip that’s perfect for serving with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz block of feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend feta, roasted red peppers, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and oregano in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Add more olive oil for desired consistency.
  • Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and garnish with parsley.
  • Enjoy with pita chips, veggies, or crackers.
