Chill

Dip in Chocolate
Melt chocolate wafers until smooth.
Dip each truffle into chocolate, fully coating.
Use a fork to lift and tap off excess chocolate.
Decorate
While chocolate is still wet, add Valentine sprinkles.
Drizzle with contrasting chocolate if desired.
Set
Let truffles set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until firm.
