Ingredients

Vegetables:
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup celery sticks
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup bell pepper strips red, yellow, and orange
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup snap peas or green beans
Dips:
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or Greek yogurt dip
  • ½ cup hummus or roasted red pepper dip
  • ½ cup spinach artichoke dip optional
Optional Garnishes:
  • Fresh parsley or dill
  • Mini pumpkins or fall leaves for decoration

Method

Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
Slice bell peppers, celery, and cucumbers evenly for dipping.
Arrange on a large platter or board.
      1. For a turkey design, place dip bowls as the “body” and fan veggies around like feathers.
      2. For a fall harvest look, group vegetables by color.
Add dips in small bowls around the tray.
Garnish with herbs or mini pumpkins for a festive touch.
          Chill until ready to serve.

            Notes

            • Blanch broccoli and cauliflower for a softer texture and brighter color.
            • Keep veggies crisp by covering the tray with a damp paper towel before refrigerating.
            • Use at least two dips to give guests variety.
            • Assemble within 6 hours of serving for best freshness.
