Thanksgiving Punch

This Thanksgiving Punch is a festive, fruity, and refreshing holiday drink made with cranberry, orange, and pineapple juices topped with bubbly ginger ale. Garnished with fresh cranberries, oranges, and rosemary, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious—perfect for the holiday table!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 liter ginger ale or sparkling water for less sweetness
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries optional garnish
  • 2 oranges sliced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Method
 

  1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine cranberry, orange, and pineapple juices. Stir well.
  2. Just before serving, slowly pour in ginger ale. Stir gently to keep it fizzy.
  3. Add cranberries and orange slices for garnish.
  4. Tuck in rosemary sprigs or use them as glass garnishes.
  5. Serve chilled over ice.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Mix juices up to 24 hours ahead. Add ginger ale and garnishes just before serving.
  • Variation: Swap pineapple juice for apple juice for a fall twist.
  • For Adults: Add prosecco, rum, or vodka to spike the punch.
  • Keep Cold: Use frozen cranberries or juice ice cubes to chill without dilution.
