Thanksgiving Charcuterie Board

This Thanksgiving Charcuterie Board is the ultimate holiday appetizer—colorful, festive, and loaded with meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, and dips. Easy to assemble and endlessly customizable, it’s the perfect centerpiece to keep guests happy while the turkey finishes roasting.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 8 oz sliced ham
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese cubed
  • 8 oz brie cheese sliced
  • 1 cup mixed nuts almonds, walnuts, pecans
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup fresh grapes
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup assorted crackers
  • 1 small jar honey
  • 1 small jar mustard
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs for garnish

Method
 

  1. Choose a large wooden or marble board as your base.
  2. Fan the sliced turkey and ham on one side of the board.
  3. Place cubed cheddar and sliced brie on the opposite side.
  4. Fill gaps with mixed nuts, dried cranberries, and grapes.
  5. Add clusters of baby carrots and cherry tomatoes.
  6. Arrange crackers in a small pile or dish near the cheeses.
  7. Place honey and mustard in small jars or ramekins on the board.
  8. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs.
  9. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Assemble up to 2 hours in advance (add crackers last to keep them crisp).
  • Vegetarian Option: Replace meats with extra cheeses, sliced cucumbers, or bell peppers.
