Summer Berry & Burrata Salad

A fresh and elegant summer salad featuring sweet seasonal berries, creamy burrata, and a drizzle of honey balsamic glaze. Perfect for warm days when you want something light yet satisfying.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 balls burrata cheese
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and gently dry all the berries. Slice the strawberries and set aside.
  2. Arrange the berries on a serving platter or bowl.
  3. Tear the burrata into large pieces and place it over the berries.
  4. Drizzle honey evenly across the salad.
  5. Add balsamic glaze in a light drizzle.
  6. Scatter fresh basil leaves on top.
  7. Finish with olive oil, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Best served fresh; avoid storing once assembled.
  • Swap honey with maple syrup for a different flavor twist.
  • Add toasted nuts like almonds or pistachios for extra crunch.
  • For a savory variation, include arugula as a base.
