Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers with Cream Cheese

These Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers with Cream Cheese are a delightful and easy-to-make appetizer or snack that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 mini bell peppers halved and deseeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika or regular paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice the mini bell peppers in half, removing seeds and membranes.
  • Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, sour cream, garlic, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs.
