Strawberry Mousse

A light and creamy dessert made with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.Perfectly smooth, refreshing, and ideal for warm days or special occasions.

Ingredients
  

  • Fresh strawberries hulled
  • Granulated sugar
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Vanilla extract
  • Lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Blend strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses.
  5. Chill for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to two days.
