In a large bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, and oil.

Mix until a thick, smooth dough forms.

Fold in white chocolate chips or sprinkles if using.

Do not overmix—just enough to combine.

Scoop dough into tablespoon-sized balls.

Roll gently between your hands.

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing apart.

Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are set and centers look soft.

Cookies will firm up slightly as they cool.
